For years now, we have had the privilege of entertaining guests that travel from as far as Japan to see the stunning scenes that autumn bestows on us so generously. As I took a run the other night from the hotel, I was amazed at the sound of the waves hitting the beach, even the sound of my footsteps crackling the fallen leaves, the coolness of the wind against my face, that special autumn smell that weaves through the pure fresh air, and of course the brilliance of the colors as they start to change. What a feast for the senses!
Speaking of feasts, we hope you and your family will join us for Canadian Thanksgiving. Our chef David has a special menu prepared for the occasion. And with the holiday season just around the corner, many have already booked their stays. Let us make yours one to remember!
