Let me tell you a story…
Once upon a time, there was a family planning to celebrate the Holiday Season in the
Laurentians. To do so, they selected Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant. As they arrive, they are
awed by this impressive log construction, which, for the occasion, was all decked out. Furthermore,
as they come through the door; the countless sparkling lights along with the crackling fire welcome them
to the serenity and warmth of this unique establishment.
The charm remains as they are greeted at the front desk. Parents and children are escorted to their room and all of them are thrilled that the harmonious ambiance continues. An excellent dinner Chez Borivage or at the Whisky Bar, a traditional sleigh ride, a bonfire with marshmallows are great reminders of all those too often missed moments.
On Christmas Eve, youngsters must go to bed early as Santa Clause is tiptoeing through the hotel distributing gifts to the ones that have been good. However, they are excited about taking part in the festivities to usher in the New Year. In the morning, white snow, mimosa and an abundant breakfast, all is in place for an unforgettable day. They’re elated; alpine skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding snowmobiling, sliding, skating, amazing! But it’s not over yet………
All week long, the children will be well looked after. In the meantime, the adults can engage in their preferred activities. Much too soon, they must hit the road back home with each of them making the secret wish of returning next year.
