Spicy peanut sauce

- 2 cups of peanut butter
- ½ cups of coconut milk
- 1 2/3 cups of water
- 6 heaping tablespoons of brown sugar
- 5 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 5 tablespoons of madras curry
- 5 heaping tablespoons of sri rachas (Vietnamese red pepper paste)
Heat all the ingredients together at very low heat, for 10 minutes. Mix well.
Add ¾ cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of Hoisin sauce and ¾ cup of water.
Serve warm, garnish with pieces of peanuts and basil leaves. Delicious with your homemade spring rolls.
