Grapefruit Ice and Grey Goose
2 cups of fresh pink grapefruit juice
½ cup of sugar
1 cup of raspberries
1 oz of Grey Goose Vodka (or any other top quality Vodka)
1 pint of raspberries
3 grapefruits cut in suprêmes
A few blades of coriander
With a juicer, extract 2 cups of grapefruit juice, add to the sugar and bring to a gentle boil. Add the 1 cup of raspberries. Remove from the heat, stir well and add the vodka. Place the mixture in the freezer while regularly stirring it gently.
Make the fruit salad with the grapefruit suprêmes, raspberries and fresh coriander.
Once the ice has frozen, scratch the surface to create small crystals. Add the ice crystals to a cooled cognac glass. Cover with the fruit salad then add a few drops of cold vodka.
