- 1.5 oz of vodka, preferably "Tovaritch"
- 0.5 oz of anisette
- 1 teaspoon of sugar cane syrup
- fresh ginger
- lemongrass stem
- 9 pieces of diced pineapple
In a glass, vigorously crush the ginger, pineapple and freshly cut lemongrass. Add the sugar cane syrup, anisette and vodka. Transfer the mixture to a shaker glass along with 6 to 8 ice cubes, and shake well. Serve in a cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and a crystallized cherry or with 2 lemongrass stems.
