Classic Bloody Caesar

In a tall glass:
Frost the rim of the glass, by rubbing it with a half slice of lime or lemon then dipping it in celery salt.
Add 4 or 5 ice cubes, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and the juice of a quarter of a lemon.
Add 1¼ oz of top quality vodka. Fill the rest of the glass with Clamato juice.
Season to taste with Tabasco and garnish with a celery branch and a slice of lemon.
