Mint Lemonade

- 1.5 oz Tequila
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz sugar cane syrup (available in grocery stores) or prepare equal parts of water and sugar, bring to a boil and cool
- 1 oz Club Soda
- 6 mint leaves plus a few extra for garnish
- ½ slice of lemon
In a tall cocktail shaker, crush the mint leaves using the back of a large spoon. Add the syrup, Tequila, lemon juice and 5 or 6 ice cubes. Pour into a cocktail glass then add the Club Soda. Garnish with the slice of lemon and a few of the mint leaves.
